For most Singapore homeowners, 7kW is sufficient. If you drive less than 200km daily, a 7kW charger overnight fully replenishes your battery. You only need 22kW if you have a 3-phase electrical supply (most landed homes do) AND you want to top up in 2 hours rather than overnight. Tell us your car model and we'll advise immediately — no guesswork.
A 7kW charger draws about 32A — similar load to a large aircon unit. Most Singapore homes can accommodate this without any electrical upgrade. Our LEW will confirm during a free assessment before you commit to anything. If your MCB or wiring needs upgrading, we'll quote for it upfront — no hidden surprises on installation day.
Yes. Our chargers carry Singapore LTA Type Approval (LT100000K). This is the official certification required by LTA and recognised by all EV manufacturers selling in Singapore. Using a non-approved charger can void your EV warranty and complicate any insurance claim. Ours won't — your warranty, your insurance, and SP Group compliance are all fully protected.
Most home installations take 3–4 hours. You don't need to be home the entire time — just available at the start to let us in and check the carpark, and at the end to walk through the completed installation. We work around your schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
This depends on your specific HDB block and HDB's rules for that carpark. Some HDB carparks are now EV-charging enabled, and more are being approved each month.
